My wife and I used Australian Container Logistics to move a container of household goods from Melbourne to Darwin a couple of weeks ago, after we relocated up north. The whole process was seamless, and dealing with Simone and Christine was an absolute pleasure! The container was collected on the agreed date and arrived intact within the quoted timeframe. Highly recommended!

Simply outstanding service! Simone is absolutely wonderful—she goes above and beyond to ensure customers are well taken care of, even following up with calls to make sure everything runs smoothly. She's a true gem for 21 Logistics! I had an amazing experience moving 20ft sea container from WA to my nan’s home in VIC. Simone explained the entire process clearly over the phone, which helped me make an informed decision. Everything went perfectly! If you need anything moved, I highly recommend 21 Logistics—they’re reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. You won’t be disappointed!

I have dealt with this company for a while now and they managed our shipments to and from various States. Planning container movements and knowing I get to deal with Simone Priestman and Christine Long just makes the whole process so much easier, they are absolutely awesome to deal with, always friendly, responsive and solutions orientated. I cannot recommend their services highly enough, and they have certainly cemented a long term customer with us.

From our first quote, Simone was responsive and onto it. Both her and Christine through our whole experience communicated and let us know what was happening every step of the way. We had to cancel all our arrangements due to Qld shutting borders and the girls were amazing and helpful through what was an extremely stressful experience. They provided quotes quickly for other states as we had work waiting for us. Our rail was organised ASAP for our Perth move and they managed to get us on earlier than thought. Amazing customer service and so helpful. Highly recommend!!! Thanks for all your help!

In addition to being the cheapest quote that I received for our house move across the country, ACR's service was outstanding. From start to finish we received great communication with regards to logistics and delivery/pickup at both ends. The office staff and the drivers were all fantastic and we received courtesy calls the whole time. Highly recommended if you want to make your move as simple as possible!
